Talk is cheap,
Until spoken in soft tones.
Directed into the soul,
With lips rasping,
On your skin by your neck.
Talk is cheap,
Until it’s bellowing howls.
Calling to God,
Praising your name,
Begging for more.
Talk is cheap,
Until it comes wordlessly.
Ranting from the eyes,
Pleading with hips,
Demanding with a grip.
Talk is cheap,
Without passion.
